Hospitality Suite
The Hospitality Suite at the Hampton Inn was adjacent the lobby area.
The Hospitality Suite was open frome about 0800 On Wednesday Sept 7 until noon on Sunday Sept 11.
The Association supplied drinks and snacks.
A table was provided for memorabilia. Many people brought things that they wanted to display.
The Hospitality Suite was locked when not manned. It was theresponsibility of the last person leaving the suite to ensure it was locked.
The hotel clerk had the key to open the suite. The hotel also made key cards that were given to selected reunion coordinators.
It was the responsibility of all using the suite to keep it neat and clean.
